The battered cod portions were generously sized and both the fish and the batter were delicious, with no greasy taste at all.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and they even gave me a discount on one of the dishes. However, they forgot some items despite me asking if everything was included. I had to go back, but they handled the situation well. Overall, we all enjoyed the food and I would definitely go back again.
I came out of bridlington and saw the signs .while I would try it! must say very nicely in the did! chips spot on full and properly boiled, fish was fresh (haddock) crispy and tasted like the fish and chips I had as lad. I'm from grimsby and we know about fish! I can easily sample the difference between fresh and frozen, definitiw fresh! haddock has not ordered cod as it is a Grimsby thing. only a slight decline was the size of the fish. we are in gy like a complete filet. but I guess that was part of a big haddock. do not worry with the chippies located on the sea, that is correct old school fish and chips! Grimsby seal of approval!
Bad service and not very nice. a long wait in the load because internet customers first come, that is the second time that I try fish and chips there and both of them were disappointed.
The best fishing and chips in bridlington have fallen directly from their thron. cold under boiled chips (pale yellow not brown as when cooking in drops, what they say they do) raw fish and all splash and they put the draught in a pot as...soon as I ordered my fish so that they were cold when I came home they repeated throughout the day so a shame when I visited a fish and chip lunch as I was happy. I need to change chippies
