This suggests that the order wasn't even placed in the oven until 15-20 minutes after it was submitted. It's frustrating to start off being misled instead of getting an accurate estimate. Additionally, my wife always orders the chicken Alfredo and has noticed that the portion size has decreased to about half of what it was two years ago. Overall, at this rate, I don't see the business lasting much longer.

It's pizza, but unfortunately, not very good pizza. They offer only a few crust options: pan, regular, and thin. I prefer thick crust pizza that isn't cooked in oil, so that rules out the pan option for me, leaving me with nothing that suits my taste. Additionally, I dislike that they charge extra for delivery on top of higher prices for pizzas when you choose delivery. The portion sizes for side items like pasta have also decreased. The only saving grace is that with the right coupons, you can score some cheap pizzas, but you really do get what you pay for. I would much rather pay more for a pizza that I genuinely enjoy than settle for something unsatisfying just to save money.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered a Brooklyn-style pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, but there was nothing extra about it; in fact, the toppings were quite sparse. The pizza resembled something from the frozen food aisle, and the crust had the same taste. It seemed like it might have been made from pre-packaged dough, the kind you find in a tube. We were really let down. For the price of $25, we expected much more; it would have been acceptable as a $5 special, but not at this price point. The service was also lacking; the loud music and banging pans created a chaotic atmosphere, and our order was sent to an offshore call center instead of being handled by the restaurant. With so many other options in the area, I wouldn’t recommend wasting time here.

The pizza delivery driver went to the wrong address. I got a call saying he was at my house but he was not. I then received a call from the manager Sam who told me I was wasting her time. When she found out her driver went to the wrong address all she said was okay he found it and just hung up. In all my years of ordering pizza I have never had a more disrespectful and incompetent manager talk to me the way she did. If that 's the way Dominos runs their business I truly hope they go out of business or at least drop the dead weight. If I could give this place no stars, I would.
