So glad they are under new management! Bagels are still the best ever and the counter people were very polite! I’ll definitely be back!

Been coming here for four years and very rare my order was given to someone else and I got there's. But the other day They messed up and deliberately gave me someone else's order. My order was given away and my server knew that because she looked at the order ticket and put it on the side and told me that she was going to check on my order with the cook. She comes back out and says oh the one she put aside was mine. Of course she looked right at the order ticket then threw it away and gave me the egg sandwich. Well when I got home she gave me someone else's order which was completely different than mine and I had to toss it. She couldn't do the right thing and give me a refund or ask if I would wait for her to get another bagel and make me the right egg sandwich. Too boot the cook put in some slices of fat that had no bacon on it. This is flat out dishonest on the server and cook's part. I won't go there anymore. BEWARE WHEN YOU GO THERE!

Came here yesterday and got a dozen bagels , some egg salad , and specialty cream cheese. From the moment I walked in the service was top notch. The two young gentlemen at the front were very attentive and energetic. The bagels here are also pretty large and delicious. Great place to get bagels.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, and I have been a regular customer for some time. However, the owner is unfriendly. The bathrooms are always out of order, and the soap dispenser is empty. During my last visit, I witnessed a server pick up dropped chicken salad from a dirty table and put it back into the bowl. This was very concerning and uncomfortable, so I declined the food. The area where this occurred was not clean, with debris and possibly harmful cleaners nearby. The owner also takes up customer parking spots, despite having a handicap placard on her car. It seems like the staff might have been instructed to put dropped food back into the bowl, which is unacceptable. While the employees wear gloves and masks for Covid safety, the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen is concerning. I will be reporting this to the health department.
