Mamoun's Falafel - East Rutherford

The shawarma here is the best I've ever tasted. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavors are delicious. The service is excellent too!

Absolutely amazing food!! And specifically at this location Joseph Anthony of Mamoun’s offer exceptional service. They are highly attentive, polite, accommodating, hustling to offer prompt service without you feeling rushed. Joseph was behind the counter then cleaning tables quickly so the place looked clean and neat and didn’t allow patrons mess to remain. The BEST!! Combo plate! Hot sauce is best over ever had!

Really good, really fresh! Had lunch with a colleague today, got the MacDougal. Good, tasty meat, falafel had good texture, veggies were crisp and fresh. It took only a few minutes to assemble the pitas. Both came to just under $20.Parking: Huge lot

We fell in love with this restaurant when we first discovered it in NYC (W 4th). We were thrilled to find out it's only a 20-minute ride from our home. We really enjoy the falafel platter, their tabbouleh, and, of course, the hummus. While the sandwiches are delicious, keep in mind that if you're ordering for delivery or takeout, they can get a bit soggy—although this isn't a problem if you're dining in. We highly recommend it!
