Domino's Pizza - East Saint Louis

The second time, I ordered three pepperoni pizzas and one bacon pizza, but there was no bacon on any of them. Two days ago, I decided to give them another chance, which turned out to be a mistake. The crust of my pizza was completely pale and tasted doughy. Once again, I paid for extra cheese, but there was hardly any. To make matters worse, they didn’t even add the buttery garlic sauce to the crust, making the whole pizza bland and unappetizing. I tried to call and express my concerns, but I was essentially told that I was lying, and they refused to replace anything. This place is a joke. It seems like the staff are indifferent and unmotivated, which is really disappointing since I could have chosen any other pizza place. Instead, I keep getting let down by this one.

This Domino's is only 3.4 miles from my house, but I can't get delivery service. It appears that their advertisement for the Hotspot (delivery anywhere) is misleading.

This place is definitely your best option for dinner in the area. It's always reliable; I even ordered from here one Christmas! It's open, accessible, and the food is great!

Ordered carryout online. Got all the way home, and realized I had been given the wrong order. Drove back up there, and only 2/3 of my food was still there. BUT they made me a fresh stuffed cheese bread, AND let me keep the first (wrong) order, in addition to my original order. They were very apologetic and polite about the whole thing.

Only one worker in store. Online pickup took 1 hour.
