I am a big fan of the concept of Fun, Fine Indian cuisine by Award-winning Celebrity Chef Milind Sovani at Masalaa Bar! This exciting restaurant/bar opened in November and offers a menu with more than 60% vegetarian and 40% vegan options. Chef Milind Sovani, known for his expertise in Asian cuisine, has brought his magic to the menu with street food from different regions of India. We enjoyed explosions of flavor in dishes like Vada Pao Sliders, Martini Pao Bhaji, and Pani Puri Shots. The cocktails, including Mogra on the Beach and Saffron Royale, were unique and delicious.
