Have purchased many subs grill unable to toast bread ? please get a toaster workers too impatient to toast on grill and doesn’t work for my $19.00 sub

They gave me an uncooked sub and then couldn’t process a refund over the phone since someone went to bed. Never again.

My bread was hard on all my sandwiches I was on my way to work and couldn't go

Bread hard and not fresh. Sandwich was full of mayo and very much sloppy! I normally order at RT611 but I was trying out the new app and they would only deliver from this location.

Here now and there’s about 10 people that have ordered and unfortunately only 2 girls working- lunch rush building up but they are killing it!!! Smiles on their faces, checking in with everyone, and doing their absolute best in a situation of being short staffed. I’m familiar with the feeling and it’s so easy to get bummed out and overwhelmed under these circumstances but they are supergirls right now! Please let them know they are doing an absolute wonderful job
