Mad Apples - East Stroudsburg

Shaina is a wonderful host and cook! The place not only has excellent comfort food, but has a unique southern and casual European feeling. We move from the south, but have lived in Germany for 8 years, and casual European restaurants allow the girls to stay together, no hurry. The ambience was cozy and the decor is very unique, music theme. I wanted to get my guitar! Again, what we wanted was the food excellent!

What a surprise when we went to Mad Apples the other day. The decor wasn't what I expected. I showed that it would be standard furniture, but it was nothing standard... it was casual, but stylish. The warm fire was added a plus, especially as the outside temperature was in the 20s! Now the food. I had one of the burgers and must say I had no burger like him in any kind of restaurant in a long time. You could say it was hand-patterned and not throwing a frozen patty on the grill. It was well cooked, but not dry and tasteful. Some can say the prices are high. However, prices were in accordance with other similar restaurants in the area and value it for the quality of food fresh and tasteful

My friend and I decided to eat here two days ago. When we first came in, it was a soothing atmosphere. Shaina didn't just take our order and told us it was a wait we didn't make, she was the only one there. She cooked our food and when we took the first bite, we loved it absolutely. The quality of the food was not only incredible, but Shaina cooked our food with her whole soul. She was very hospitable and friendly. I recommend Mad Apples to everyone. The food, service and atmosphere were from this world. And so much better than eating in a chain restaurant. We were very happy and comfortably satisfied.

This place is amazing!!!!! We tried a little bit of everything on the menu and its to die for. Most places you need condiments for everything...here I didn't need any. The flavors speak for them self.

Found this place on Google. Read home cooked food and let me tell you it is and it is amazing!! The owner was great! She served us what was brilliant to see. Most places don't. Requisite to her and her kitchen team! Every time I'm back here, that's definitely the place I'm going.
