Wow! I absolutely love Pad Thai and have tried it at restaurants across the country, whether in rural, suburban, or urban areas. As a full-time traveler in my motorhome, I always make it a point to find Thai restaurants and sample their Pad Thai. The Pad Thai here is simply delicious! It's perfectly balanced—not too sweet and not overly saucy. The noodles are cooked to perfection, and the chicken is both tender and flavorful. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by this little storefront—definitely worth checking out!

Mango Chicken: This dish was genuinely good, and I would definitely order it again once indoor dining is available, as the chicken's breading gets soggy from the sauce when it sits in a to-go container. Spring Rolls: They weren't exceptional, but they were quite decent. Shrimp Fried Rice: It tasted great, and I would order it again; just add a drizzle of duck sauce for some extra flavor. Overall Rating: 4.3 out of 5 stars.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Poconos! The food is consistently fantastic, and the owner is incredibly kind. I wish I could enjoy it every day!
