Trackside Grill - East Stroudsburg

I visited this bar and grill for a meal and a drink. I parked on the street nearby and was greeted by Phil, who served me as my bartender. I ordered the fish sandwich and red wine. Although I tried to order a lemon drop martini, Phil was unsure how to make it so I settled for wine instead. The sandwich was delicious, and I enjoyed my meal. The bill was reasonable, and overall, I had a positive experience at the restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant for a late dinner. They were able to accommodate our group of 10 at short notice, even though it was 1 hour before closing. The restaurant across the street turned us away, but our waitress Tiffany had a great attitude and was more than happy to serve us. We quickly placed our orders, enjoyed our meal, and were able to leave just 15 minutes after closing time. I wish I could have tried their sushi, but it was already closed for the evening. I will definitely be stopping by again when I am in the area. Highly recommend!

The service at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was undeniably fresh and satisfying. Our party included 8 people - 4 adults, 4 kids, and even 1 dog. We opted to dine outside and our order consisted of a mix of appetizers, sushi, and entrees. The service was quick, welcoming, and accommodating. The hostess even greeted our furry friend, and our waitress was extremely kind and attentive throughout our meal.

We had the distinct honor of meeting Sushi Chef Michael this evening. The passion and charisma he brings to the Trackside team is outstanding. Did you know that they use the freshest ingredients possible for all of their sushi? Rice flown in from Japanand Korea? Along with a plethora of knowledge and skill to bring the greatest sushi to the Poconos! Enough fangirling over thefood! We need to share about the amazing service we received. Tabitha, if you see this, keep sharing that amazing smile andgreat personality! We truly enjoyed the meal because of you! My wife and I went to this restaurant with some friends who are very good at training on a Friday night and we were seated promptly. The food was alright. I ordered the downtown burger which was just average. The onion rings were very greasy. My wife got the salmon bowl and had a similar reaction, it was just okay. My Old Fashioned cocktail was weak and the glass was only half full. The acoustics inside made it very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation across the table. On the bright side, I enjoyed a local IPA which was good. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.
