Trackside Grill - East Stroudsburg

My wife and I went to this restaurant with some friends who are very good at training on a Friday night and we were seated promptly. The food was alright. I ordered the downtown burger which was just average. The onion rings were very greasy. My wife got the salmon bowl and had a similar reaction, it was just okay. My Old Fashioned cocktail was weak and the glass was only half full. The acoustics inside made it very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation across the table. On the bright side, I enjoyed a local IPA which was good. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

I went for lunch with a few friends and everything was delicious. I had the taco salad, while my friend had the spicy Diane and a couple others had flatbreads. The server was friendly and efficient. The food came out in a timely manner and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I have been here before and always had a great experience. It was my friends' first time and they enjoyed everything.

I recently tried the Smokehouse Mac 'n Cheese at this restaurant. It was disappointing, resembling only a portion of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with a small amount of bacon. I can't believe they charge over $10 for that. The Italian Flatbread was also not good, with an overpowering pesto flavor and almost no tomato. Save your money and avoid this dish.
