This positive change is a direct result of the owner, Kip, who took the time to read and respond to my online review. It is clear that having an attentive owner on site makes a difference in the quality of service provided. Kip promptly addressed my concerns and even offered to refund my money for the breakfast platter I had ordered. Although I appreciated the gesture, I ultimately declined as the food was good and did not go to waste. Kip's swift response and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction reassures me that the issues I encountered will be resolved under his vigilant management. It is evident that Kip is dedicated to maintaining the standards of his two great stores, as long as the staff cooperates. I applaud his efforts and wish him continued success in his endeavors. I ordered my food at 10 o'clock and waited 12 minutes to receive my order even though there was no line in the drive through. Despite seeing multiple staff members working, my food came out looking like someone had punched my sandwich.
