If you liked Banzai in Hamilton, this is the closest tasting hibachi you will get! Tuna tataki was salty. The sushi was not the freshest, and the Kani salad was mainly cucumber with too much mayo. They forgot the spicy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Food quality went down drastically. I’ve been a customer of this place for a while now and compared to couple years ago their prices went twice up and portion sizes 3 times down. I do understand if seafood is expensive. But stir fry ramen with egg for 16$ and bottom of that plastic container is not even covered. Fish is fresh, but nothing special. Very plain rolls. Sushi and sashimi is also plain, no different parts from fish. I do order also from high end Japanese place in Plainsboro where prices are also 15-20$ per dish yet it worth every penny. You get different parts of fish and sizes of raw fish are decent. You get full plastic tray of fried noodles or rice for the price you pay. Idk what happened to this place, maybe high rent or not enough customers, but I don’t see the point to spend same amount of money for less food and worse quality. You are losing to your competitors.
