Contribuisci feedbackNo ice shakes said no one had for 5 days what I thought. I got a burger, man, it was as bad as you messed up a hamburger. And as I was driving thru on the side walking saw it was black from Greece. they really let this restaurant go.
Went to Sonic to get me a breakfast Burrito and when I went to the lady had a setting right from the bat!! It seemed like she tried to distract me from the order that it will take a minute! That was fine, but when she brought me the food with this Smirk on her face, I knew she did it!! My strawberry limonade was so bitter I could not drink it had to throw away!! My Burrito had bacon in burned tasting sausage no jalapeños in it!! Did it get away very bad service and food!! It was not necessary and I hope you are satisfied with yourself!!
Wait in line 30 minutes for a lemonade and burger. 15 of them were on the drive by menu. 5 people drove behind me and left more. The last three times I came the same... long wait for a little order and people drove back. If I hadn't paid, I'd go away. I don't understand, but that's crazy.
People were very nice and friendly. They had our food pretty fast for the size of the order. It was a little disappointing that most, if not all the pages you order from closed. Apart from that, this place is great.
We placed an order in the app 9:09PM, pulled into a stall and waited. The screen said that a server was on the way with our order. We waited another 10 minutes and still no order. All of the stalls had signs that said ?this stall is closed?. You?re supposed to wait in a stall when you place an order on the app. After 45 minutes we decided to go to drive thru, waited another 10 minutes to just get to the speaker, waited another 5 minutes for them to tell us to pull up to the window. When she finally comes to the window, she asks if we had a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, tater tots I told her no that we had mobile order, she told us they didn?t have an order in our name. After countless times of her coming and going she finally tells us they found our order. It takes all of 30 seconds for her to fill our cups up with the slushies we ordered. WE ORDERED 2 DRINKS. She tried to charge us for the drinks we had already paid for and proceeds to tell me that next time we need to go thru the drive thru because it?s much faster. ? I told her we waited for an hour at the stall and she said ?I know we?re just talking about that?. We were angry at this point and called corporate. Spent an additional 25 minutes on the phone for the lady to tell us she couldn?t find the location. This Sonic needs to be closed down or completely reevaluated. I just got home at 11PM all for 2 DRINKS.
