Service was slow, we waited for 1 hour to eat. when the food came, pizza was overboiled and the basic was cold and brittle. it had to be replaced.

Very slow service, food lukewarm, ran out of most sweet items, staff were stretched, disappointing, poor experience. This place used to be excellent. Decor is looking sad and staff not very motivated.

We took our granddaughter to the movies over the weekend and decided to treat ourselves to dinner as well. This restaurant is conveniently located just 100 meters from the cinema with plenty of parking available in the evening at The Crumbles. We hadn't dined here in a few years, but decided to give it a try on a Saturday evening. We made a reservation for a table after the movie and were warmly greeted upon our return. Despite being busy, we were seated promptly and presented with the menu. Our drinks took a little while to arrive, but we were not forgotten, as the staff was attentive and friendly. Our granddaughter enjoyed her child's meal, especially the free squishy toy that came with it. Our burgers were delicious and well-prepared, served with fresh fries and high-quality burger sauce on brioche rolls. The restaurant was clean and well-furnished, with friendly staff who checked on us multiple times during our meal. The toilets were also very clean and accessible. With ample parking and easy access for disabled patrons, this restaurant is a great choice for those visiting the cinema, harbour, or nearby shops. We would definitely dine here again.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and have found it to be inconsistent. However, tonight the food was perfect and the female waitress provided exactly the type of service I was hoping for - fast, friendly, and efficient. The food arrived promptly and the overall experience was excellent. I would give this restaurant 5 stars this time.
