Georgios Coffee House - Eastbourne

Came to the first time today beautiful service very polite also large coffee

I was just for an evening coffee with my family, had a good snack. Although I had a bad experience before visiting, the staff seemed present when I visited this time.

We had coffee and cake last Monday. disappointed with one of the ladies behind the counter. when she was asked if we could use the toilets and obviously my friend was pregnant with me, she said that they only allow customers to use the toilets. she didn't even know we were on the front and we were there to order. If that's what she says to someone who's not a customer, they should be careful as they speak. they could have said it politely or in a wise way that they are sad, etc. instead of being rude. they can be frustrated or have a bad day, but in any case not so to treat their customers. a guy close to me was also shocked. I ordered a few takeaway muffins and left the place. my friend used the toilet after she realized that we customers are not trespassers. I wanted to have a seat, but left, completely disappointed.

The coffee is so disappointing.. so weak !!! don't do anything vegan snack wise either. won't be back.

I have rated my overall review for the service that I normally get but today was very different. I had a takeaway cappuccino from the Eastbourne shop in Cornfield Road and it was totally spoilt by the VERY bitter chocolate topping. I am a regular...and have never experienced this before. It tasted like raw cocoa. Yukkk !!!!
