First class fish and chips and generous portions, run by very friendly, helpful couple. I only have cod, so can't speak for other fish, but you won't be disappointed.

The best fish and chips in town. very nice owners. chips are always very well cooked and the batter on the fish is very crisp, We discovered this chip shop after the Dolphin went downhill

It was honestly like they cut a piece of cod lengthwise so they could get two pieces out of it. It was soooo thin. I’ve never had fish that thin before and it was greasy. I know they fry it in grease but damn, this was dripping. Wouldn’t eat there again.

This is my local chip shop, although until rec3ntky I would drive past and go into town. Decided to give my local a try and it was fantastic. Food cooked to order, fish is amazing, it is so fresh and the batter is divine. Very generous portions and lovely, friendly people to serve you. Highly recommended
