Papa John's Eastbourne

I decided to give this restaurant another try as I was leaving Eastbourne on Sunday. I went in to order a full meal, but I was greeted by only one person who appeared to not have washed in a few years and was wearing very dirty clothing. I glanced into the kitchen and saw that he was the only one there. I decided not to risk having him cook my food. It's a shame because St. Leonards looks nice, but this place definitely needs a health inspection.

My first time ordering a Papa Johns, the delivery driver couldn’t find my address. Once it arrived it was luke warm quite frankly a tasteless and disappointing experience! Poor quality, will not order again! The roundness of the pizza was the perfect shape to lob into the bin Get in the bin! Do not recommend

Went in and ordered the works pizza but got home and yes maybe I should of checked it before I left but hey ho , pizza was next to nothing on it was given to me by a guy eating a chocolate bar in leather bike gear and no he was not a delivery driver not very clean service , best to check your pizza before you leave I will

Last night, we placed an order at this restaurant. It took two hours for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and the order was incomplete. We called the restaurant as suggested by the delivery person, and they prepared and delivered the missing item 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, by that time, the cold pizza we had received had already been nibbled on but not eaten. We ended up throwing most of it away. We will not be returning to this restaurant for a while, as there seems to be a problem with the delivery service.

Pizza being checked and cut for 25 minutes! Arrived lukewarm and poorly cut! Toppings poorly distributed. So disappointing...when it’s good it’s very good but it’s so inconsistent
