Contribuisci feedbackI visit Pizza Hut every week with an autistic young adult, she absolutely loves this place. Hannah is the most wonderful staff member who always remembers what the young adult has answered really goes out her way for us. The food is always great and the services is brilliant.
We arrived early having booked previously online. They were happy to accommodate us though as there were plenty of available tables. The waitress we started with seemed very attentive, polite and eager to help. We gave her our order written on a piece of paper. She read it back to us and we corrected her mistakes in reading it. We said please come back and check with us anything that you are unsure about. We were a party of 6 so it wasn't completely straightforward. She never came back to us with any issues. When she brought out our food she trod on my foot. She apoligised profusely and I assured her it wasn't an issue. We all had food except for one person who the kitchen staff apparently forgot about even though her food was part of a meal deal. She got her food a out 20 minutes later than everyone else. Then when the meal was brought out the waitress stood on my foot again. She apoligised again and I said it was ok again. The waitress must have then gone home as no-one else then came to serve us. I was waiting about 45 minutes for my pudding. No one cleared our empty plates the whole time that we were there! When we got the bill a different waitress had realised that I had been waiting an inordinately long time for my food and told us that because of this she had applied a discount to the bill. Which was nice. However as we checked the bill it became clear that our order was wrong and we had been over charged. After talking to us and then her manager twice the waitress came back to us with an acceptable solution to the over charge. We were surprised that the manager, who had been there in the kitchen the whole time that we were there, couldn't be bothered to come out and try to sort the situation out himself and chose instead to leave it to the poor waitress who hadn't had anything to do with us until we had to complian at the length of time that it was taking for my dessert to appear. Inept, lazy and irresponsible staff ruined what would have been a great meal as the food was very good. Won't be returning any time soon!
We came here with the expectation of using meerkat meals discount. We said our intention of using this before we made our order. When we came to pay, we were told they no longer accept meerkat discount and there's nothing they can do about it. The manager actually started to get hostile when I pointed out false advertising and showed it to him on the meerkat app. He didn't care in the slightest.
Took some wheelchair uses complex eating needs . Waitress was exelent in welcome . Needs cares requested to help support providing hot water to be able to mash lunch . This waitress remembered are need from prevous visit excellent service
We came in here just after 6pm and ordered two pizzas straight away. After nearly half an hour we asked the server when our meals were coming. He said they were just coming. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing came. They had clearly not put the order in as the place was three quarters empty. We heard another table asking about their order as well. At this point we said we’d pay for the drinks and go. Bizarrely, they asked us if we’d like to take the pizzas away, despite there still being no sign of it coming. It looked like the team was too young and inexperienced with no one in charge. Such a shame as we usually get great service at PizzaExpresses in London.
