Made my order incorrectly multiple times and employee was

The food is good as always but Jocelyn was extremely disrespectful to my friend who asked for a modification to be made to her sandwich. She just stood there silently with a dirty look on her face until my friend nicely just said she would take the sandwich in a way she did not want it. She was also gossiping to her coworker about another coworker who left work ill that day, not what you wanna hear when you're ordering food.

The staff serving on 10/18/23 at around 1:45/2:00pm was the rudest staff ever, especially the girl cashier with the pink hair. She was unnecessarily rude, and it wasn’t even that busy in there.My app wasnt working so I apologized and asked if she could give me a minute and she started speaking in spanish to her coworker not realizing my boyfriend is hispanic and could understand. I work at a starbucks dealing with endlessly rude and entitled people; not once do i give them the attitude we received when we walked in.
