Should we put a tea bag in the hot water cup or it has to be done by the barista?I always get my tea ready to drink. Not a big deal but I believe that’s the norm.They said they don’t do it anymore!

I asked for chai tea latte and ask for no sugar, then the stuff asked me do you like vanilla or spice or regular, I don't know that vanilla contains sugar and said vanilla. I thought I was vary clear that I don't want sugar and it's the stuff's response to tell me there's sugar in the vanilla version after I said I want no sugar.

Pretty expensive but it has better options than the previous library's coffee stand

Ordered a latte, took them over 20 minutes to get it to me. Incompetence at its finest.
