Tim Hortons - EASTERN PASSAGE

This morning, I went through the drive-thru and ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter, along with a large tea with milk and sugar. Unfortunately, the bagel came without butter, and the tea was served black. The staff was very polite, and I understand that mornings can get hectic, so mistakes do happen. It's not a huge deal, but when breakfast gets messed up, it can really throw off someone's day. Not cool, Tim Hortons!

The experience can be inconsistent here; the morning staff is absolutely fantastic, but during the afternoon and dinner shifts, it's uncommon to receive a simple thank you.

If it weren't for the friendly and hardworking foreign staff, this restaurant would probably be closed.

I love this tims. The crew who works there is awesome, I have never had an issue or a mistake in the years I've been going here. The blonde girl with the glasses and cute voice who is always working the window is so sweet. Whoever owns this place I hope you are treating your staff good because they really are fantastic! This Tims location is my favorite in the city.
