Creams Cafe - Eastleigh

We have become regular customers at Creams Cafe in Eastleigh, frequently stopping by for a delicious serving of ice cream to go. The ice cream has always been a delight, with my personal favorite being the refreshing blood orange sorbet. Recently, we decided to treat ourselves and stayed for a more indulgent experience. My sister ordered a waffle, while I enjoyed an ice cream sundae. The service was quick and the food exceeded our expectations, leaving us very satisfied. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The staff, while not exceptional, were friendly and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the restaurant was acceptable, although there is room for minor improvement in that area. Overall, it was a positive experience and we are likely to come back for another treat in the future. The tempting menu options and consistently delicious flavors make Creams Cafe our go-to spot for satisfying our sweet cravings.

We said it would be a 20-minute wait for food we thought was in order, we ordered our food and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before we got it while there were only 2/3 other couples in there before we even got it. our food we were asked to pay the bill. when we got the food, the waffel and keksteig was both cold and the ice already melted! can surely say we will not go back

I've been to this place several times and I thought it was time to write an evaluation. I usually eat the wad or only ice cream pots. the waffels are made with care, and the beats are beautifully placed. the takeaway box is... good and the ice does not melt so fast when I remove the dessert for a 20-minute drive. customer service: to stand there as I am in the way, no one has ever said: "I will serve them in a minute or so," even to acknowledge them. everyone seems hard to work, but I found someone who served me shahzaib, has no maniacs, very rude and covered. all others thank them for being hospitable. they also sort out the telephone line or take their number of website and google. You never take off what's annoying!
