Taroka - Eastleigh

I placed an order for delivery in advance, but it never showed up. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times when it was 30 minutes late, but the phone line was busy. The order was finally cancelled after being 1 hour and 30 minutes late. I received very poor service and will not be ordering from them again.

The food at this restaurant was flavorless and of low quality. The lamb was particularly terrible and the chicken was dry. The chicken chatt lacked taste. Overall, this was the worst curry we have ever had.

I ordered a meal for delivery at 5:30pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 18:16. After waiting for over an hour and making multiple calls to chase my order, I was informed by the manager that my order had not even been started and was told it would take a few days to process a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

The most tasty and best value Indian Takeaway in the Country I’ve come across by far. The team of talented cooks always produce a lovely meal and their customer Service and friendliness is second to none when dealing direct.My advice is to deal with them and avoid ordering online as those companies that take a huge percentage for ordering online! Pickup is never delayed and if there is a problem it’s always rectified with free or extra dishes next time. In my experience my loyalty is always rewarded.

The food is good, tasty good value, the food can be seen cooking in the open style kitchen. staff always helpful
