Domino's Pizza - Easton

Customer service is poor. placed a mobile order and sat there for 40+ minutes while watched us sit there and placed the order on the shelf. employees were yelling/cursing around the store very dirty and unsanitary. food is soggy wings don't get sauce on them it's just drizzled. pasta was harder then a rock...never been served a box of uncooked noodles. never have gotten ignored more a day in my life.

A few minutes ago I wanted to order a pizza, half plain and half deluxe, and a girl told me that she couldn't be bad-tempered, and I told her that I wasn't going to order anymore

The delivery driver drove off with our order. He said he wasn’t going to walk to our house because the road was closed, which is completely understandable , but decided to point out that he wasn’t going to make the trip because he received no card tip and threatened to leave if we did not come out to get it ourselves. Anyway, were going to hand him cash tip, but he decided to assume we would not tip him at all. After the call we went out to go see him to pick it up, unfortunately, he already left. He did not wait a few minutes for someone to put their shoes on and make the trip for him.We called the store for a refund after a few attempts trying to get passed the AI system and gave a complaint for the disrespect and bad service. The receiver was not concerned about the situation and said he would speak to the driver. Which is very doubtful. Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this location unless you want to deal with bad service, as well as, bad food according to others experiences by far. I understand how important tip is to service workers, but being rude, passive aggressive, and impatient is not how you earn it.

My food never delivered. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager was extremely rude for no reason on the phone and provided me with no solution so since I’m close I went to their shop. They closed down the shop at my arrival, ended up letting me in and call the cops thinking I was scared of them. This woman is triggering and gaslighting me after accusing me of lying of receiving my food and wanting extra as if I cannot afford to pay their food. The cops ended up forcing her to reimburse my money however I have never in my life been disrespected or talked to the way this woman has, I was not going to allow her anyway. Based on all the bad reviews this location has, u highly consider this shop should be shut down or get a new crew as the treatment is completely unacceptable.
