Easton Pizzeria

I’ve ordered from this restaurant a few times and have had some issues. Instead of the mac and cheese bites I ordered, I received chicken nuggets, and I got four cups of water instead of four bottles. On a positive note, the Boneless Chicken Bites are delicious. However, there seems to be a disconnect between DoorDash and their menu system.

Everything we ordered was bland and lacked flavor. Additionally, our pizzas never arrived, and we had to call the restaurant to have them sent out almost an hour later.

The shrimp were incredibly overcooked—darker than the brown paper bag they came in! By the time I got to the second shrimp, my mouth was sore, and I couldn't eat any more. What a waste of money!

I had the chicken parmigiana pasta with spaghetti, garlic bread, and iced tea! Bravo, it had fantastic flavors and was very filling! The atmosphere was nice and inviting, and they make their own pasta! I finished every last bite. Additionally, through their front windows, there's a business displaying some amazing metal sculptures, including one that's eight meters tall—simply perfect! (Blumenschwertfisch).

I change my review only on the basis of how much the owner took care enough to help us have a better experience. We had placed an order and it came an hour too late, which I did not expect after reading the previous reviews. That was my first time ordered by Easton Pizzeria and what I thought would be my last. If you find an owner/manager who needs the time to ensure that his customers are happy and the food is great, then that is a business worth support.
