La Bamba - Easton

Eating is quite good compared to other “authentic” Mexican restaurants. I am always satisfied with my eating the only thing to change is the service. they cannot ask a simple question because they either do not know how they answer or simply do not even want to help. the services are what no longer wants me here, they have the same 3 people in the regular all the time and the person that is usually in advance has a very lukewarm attitude as if they don't even want to help the customer with asking or worrying. the young lady who is usually there will completely disregard you if you ask her for something she sends to others, or if it is my father who asks her to change her attitude. there is only one guy who actually talks to them, how a real person should lead a restaurant. change their personal or train them with a better customer service, so they are more customers honestly all that I know that their eating much prefer to go anywhere than eating large food with involuntary settings and service. I have worked in the food industry before I know it is chaos, but learn to balance the stress with work ethics.

I just had the pleasure of trying the steak and chorizo burrito, complete with sauces and horchata, and I must say it was incredible. I also ordered an agua de jamaica, which was refreshing. The meal was full of flavor, and the drinks were delightful. The aromas were fantastic, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

Eating is amazing, the waiters are beautiful, since eating is spicy, but very good would recommend the tacos de pollo

Got the Molcajete without the pork and cactus. Oh my I passed out, woke up and passed out again.Food was a lot and I couldn't finish it all up. Food was fresh and made with love. Guacamole was great. Drinks menu was good with the original Jarrito products among others. It's also a bring your own bottle kind of place. Pricing was decent, waitress was very helpful and cute.Lots of parking and location is in a safe spot in Easton. Definitely will go back.
