Longhorn Steakhouse - Easton

We had a wonderful and delicious meal at Longhorn Steakhouse to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. The food was fresh and served warm, and the drinks were excellent. I highly recommend Longhorn for the whole family; the atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Everything I ordered was delicious. My husband had some issues with his meal, but the staff offered him different options, and the manager even came over to speak with him. They also gave us a voucher for a free appetizer or dessert for our next visit. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

Today, I enjoyed the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. The chicken was incredibly juicy, and the potatoes were delightfully creamy. My server, Cody S., was very friendly and attentive. She made sure everything was to my liking and frequently checked on me, providing plenty of drink refills. Overall, it was an excellent lunch. I was dining alone, and she even offered to stay and keep me company, though she had to attend to her other duties, which I thought was really sweet.

The steak was cooked properly and delicious. The hostess went out to put our group. The young lady who served us was enthusiastic and funny. That's something we always look for when we go to eat. She made it a pleasant meal. I recommend this steakhouse.

I 've been coming to this location for years it 's been times where the steak was over cooked or undercooked but I can overlook that.... But today was a different story. I ordered the Perfect Margarita I was almost done when I stirred it that 's when a dead fly floated to the top... I was so grossed out!!! The manager came to the table said I 'm sorry about that, I 'll take it off your bill, that 's it?!?! I had been drinking out of this glass the whole time and all he can say.... No offering us free dessert, a gift card for us to came back or a comp our check, .... Just took Perfect Margarita off the bill. Very disappointed in how the manager handled it.... I 've worked in the restaurant business on and off for 10 yrs I know how this type of situation is handled.
