Pho Van - Easton

We just left like 10 minutes ago! Really hungry and tired from our 9 hr shift. Not from Maryland. We came here bc we really love Vietnamese food. They received us with a pleasant welcome. The atmosphere was great. The service could’ve been better. We have been sitting for like approx 10 minutes. Mind you we already know what we wanted and the waitress had given us our waters. She left that’s normal. It’s busy, I understand that part. But what was unfair was that a family of 3 came 6 minutes after we have been seated and all. They got their menus. Then the waitress walks to their table to place their order. We got there before they did. It doesn’t matter if they are regulars or not. If this is her first time being a waitress well then excuse me but if not then that’s it for me. We decided to walk away. Not trying this place again. But I will most definitely go some place else. We didn’t even get to order our food so all I can say is that the menu ranges from $10-20 a person!

This place was amazing! So many options and all the food had huge portions, which were beautifully cooked and flavorful. They had indoor and outdoor seating options which both had a great atmosphere especially for a strip mall spot! Vegetarian options: They had a whole section of vegetarian options! This is the best place in Easton, authentic food and always a very friendly service.

This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten! With over 160 options it was hard to pick but I have a feeling you can’t go wrong with any choice you make here. I ordered the Pho with well done steak plus the Relax Blue Passion Fruit juice, and my husband ordered the vermicelli with lemongrass fried chicken plus the Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The servings were huge for the price and the food came out piping hot with truly amazing flavor. If we were staying in Easton longer, we would’ve came back a second time for the banh mi — locals raved about it! Thank you Pho Van for delicious food and great service.Vegetarian options: So many vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. There was definitely multiple dishes for a variety of dietary needs here.
