Sakura Sushi - Easton

Sushi was ok , but nothing to write home about. Cooked food is another story have never had more inedible tempura in my life (it 's not supposed to be hard and dark brown). We told the server it was inedible, but they didn 't seem concerned they just took the plate away and charged us anyway. Won 't be returning.Food: 2/5

Overall a hidden gem in Easton. We love our food and the teriyaki beef/steak is the best. I like their presentation. There two things needs to improve 1. Spicy tuna is not spicy but it’s all right. 2. Low sodium soy is not available.Will visit again when I am in town. Thank!

We eat here often enough that we are on a first name basis with the owner and enough to have a “usual”. Everyone is always super friendly and the food is ALWAYS delicious! Hands down this is our favorite place!While they always go above and beyond, tonight they were more than exceptional. I had surgery on my throat a week and half ago, my usual roll has crunch and I was afraid it was going to hurt so I asked them to make it without the crunch and explained about my surgery. Instead of just leaving the crunch out and making a smaller roll with less in it, chef customized my roll so it was still the same portion but everything was soft! I was able to eat everything and I’m super grateful especially since I’ve been eating applesauce and baby food for a week and a half!Thank you again for being so awesome and caring for your customers as much as you do!!!

Nice little stop right off of 50, great food in a nicely decorated interior, great staff.Food: 5/5
