Contribuisci feedbackI had a bad experience at this restaurant when I received spoiled chicken and the manager refused to acknowledge it. This occurred on August 24th, 2022 at 7:15 pm. Although I was given a refund, the manager continued to deny that the chicken was spoiled and refused to even smell it. This will be my first and last visit to this establishment.
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. My server, Elajia, was incredibly kind, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. She definitely deserves a raise. The food was fresh and hot, and the Tropenkool aid was delicious. Even though I wasn't feeling well that day, Elajia made my day better. I would love to have her on my team, as we need more sweet and gentle people like her.
We have always had delicious fish from this place, but unfortunately not today. As soon as we received our food at the window, a foul odor filled the car. Upon arriving home and opening the meals, the smell was unbearable and the fish appeared to be freeze-dried. It was not tender or juicy at all. We wasted $40 on this meal and had to quickly go out and purchase more edible food.
Boy, I need to pack your patience... not in a carrying bag. Hot food, you have to sit in the snake. You could do something better with a system to pick up orders. When the lobby is closed, you still have to sit in the line. When I got the window to pick up, I was told I should have said it on the window. Some confusing.
Just look at this chicken after waiting over 30 mins for this. Would you eat this? No one in their right mind would. The person who put the chicken in the container should be fired. The chicken had so many feathers on it, it was ridiculous! The only thing the manager could do was apologize and provide me a refund. Captain Jay's should be ashamed that they served something that poor in quality.
