Domino's Pizza - Eastpointe

Bad product. Bad service. Pathetic employees and management.

Saw the commercial to order a carryout special during Monday night Raw last week 9 times. Placed on hold for 10 minutes. Called back they said I needed to download the app to get this deal. Commercial mentioned nothing about the app or ordering online. It stated clearly carryout only. Domino's should be called Incompeto's because a cashier can't press the number 6 and 9 times afterwards on the cash register but she can somehow try to charge more if I don't order it online. Food sucked anyways on top of the poor service so lower your expectations when visiting this location.

I requested parking lot pick up but they failed to do that. My order could have sat there for hours if I didn't go in there to pick it up myself. It's hard for me to walk since I am disabled, I can't believe they disrespected me like that.I will NOT be returning to that location.

Horrible. My mom ordered two pizzas for the family, neither of them were cooked all the way through nor were they cut. The woman that answered the phone then proceeded to give roundabout answers, first it was the ovens fault, then it was the wet Ingredients (pineapple and banana peppers). Seems like a lack of basic understanding of their jobs at this location. Definitely choose elsewhere
