Jet's Pizza - Eastpointe

The pizza was pricier than I expected, but the quality was excellent.

I ordered a pizza via text message this past Saturday evening. When I arrived to pick it up, I was met by an extremely rude cashier who told me they had no record of my order and there was nothing she could do about it. I requested to speak to the manager, who assured me that my order wouldn't be charged to my credit card, despite it showing as pending on my Chase app. However, when I checked this morning, I found that I had indeed been charged for the order that I never received. I've ordered from Jet's many times before and have never experienced anything like this. I would advise others to avoid ordering from this location.

Great pizza! I really appreciate this location; you can tell they take pride in their pizzas, and it really shows.

Y’all are the nastiest location. No flavor in your sauce at all and burned my pizza. Gross

They do a great job!! Food is always great and ready when they say.
