Tim Hortons - Eastpointe

I love the friendly service, and the food is always fresh and hot, but the coffee always tastes burnt or like the pots are only rinsed, not washed. Please fix this.

I typically like this location b/c that manager/ownership is on point with their employees and deliver excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE- with the EXCEPTION of the WEEKEND staff on duty, in particular the girl working the drive thru today on SUNDAY 2/25/24 at 5:15pm- not only did she sound ABOSLUTLEY DRUNK/STONED, management should let her know that if you're uncontrollably GIGGLING and LAUGHING to the point where customers can't understand WTH you're saying, that's not good customer service and makes your store sound ghetto AF. I'd only recommend going here early on week day mornings WHEN management is present and can keep the obnoxious/irresponsible staff in check!!!!
