Darvill's Bookstore - EASTSOUND

They had a lot of great books on the display, along with attentive reviews and recommendations. We came the week before the illuminated festival and many books were highlighted. In the back there is also a coffee shop with excellent drinks. Probably the best cortado on the island. We just went for coffee a few times.

Great mix of books. Good coffee and wonderful service. We will visit agian for sure.

I walked into this little bookstore and fell in love. Cute displays and the wonderful smell of coffee from the back. Awesome views from the back windows. I had to look at EVERYTHING. It’s magic. even on vacation with limited suitcase space, I had to support them by buying a book. Loved the bookmarks up front made by local artists. Staff was warm and welcoming. Cant wait to come back some day!

The ladies who run this place are amazingly friendly, and the gift wrapping is free. I bought myself a couple books and had them gift wrapped because it felt good. What lovely gifts I've given me.

Sweet, independent bookshop! Luckily surprised by the variety of books (especially gardening specifically for PNW) and art / postcards. The shop was welcoming and well organised staff twice as!
