Burgerim - Eastvale

The aged burger was ok. Also ordered wings and tenders. Both Ok.. B- at best.. I'll go back just to see if it was just a bad day

Terrible experience. My burger was way undercooked. 2 others in my party were fine. Mine literally had blood in it. When I complained they did not even apologize and grudgingly offered to make another one. The cook was audibly making it plain that he was not pleased that I had complained. There were no other customers, yet it took 15 minutes to make one burger! The replacement burger was worse than the first. Semi-frozen bottom bun, and drenched in sauce that smelled and tasted like bad sour cream. I threw it away after taking 1 bite. Oh, and what burger joint doesn 't have any ketchup on a Saturday afternoon? Sorry we ran out was the response. Unfortunately, that 's not all. Our table was dirty from the previous customers. The metal trays they serve the food on were dirty and they only put a paper mat over it after we pointed it out! This place is an absolute train wreck.

It's. Not great. Burger IM is pretty good but not this location. At least not when I went.

At times, the service is great, but on other occasions, the staff can be unnecessarily rude. This is especially frustrating when we, as customers, are waiting patiently for their attention.

I've visited this Burgerim location three times now, and each visit has left me more disappointed than the last. It's a frustrating experience, and I only come here because they offer halal options, as I really enjoy the food elsewhere. I wish someone else could take over this place because the management clearly doesn't know how to run a burger joint. How can you enjoy a hamburger when they are consistently out of lettuce, pickles, and ranch sauce? To make matters worse, the cashier seems to create her own prices, charging an extra dollar when they're out of lettuce! They are never fully stocked, and I am genuinely disappointed!
