Carl's Jr. - Eastvale

Just look at that juicy burger piled high with crisp lettuce and dripping with sauce! This is one of the better Carl 's Jr.s I 've been to. There was no wait, the service was prompt. The food was actually good. The burger was fresh, the bacon chicken clubsandwich was juicy and tender with crispy bacon; not what I 'm used to with fast food! (The fries were slightly overdone butstill all right. I took off a star for ambiance due to the characters milling around outside, which is not Carl 's Jr. 's fault.(They have codes on the restroom to discourage loiterers. It appeared that they were approaching me but they took a sharp left and headed in thedirection of the drive-thru. I didn 't fear for my life or anything, but it made me slightly nervous and made me try to rememberthe self-defense training I attended years ago. I was close to telling them to keep away, but they didn 't get close enough for that, thankGod! The thing is that the lot is huge and there are no other businesses in the immediate vicinity, so the isolation may be amagnet for these types of characters (who seemed to be congregating by the car wash . It is for these reasons that you want tobe smart and careful here. Park by the door, have your keys out, keep your wallet out of sight, and pay attention. But the foodand service were good!

The burger don?t even have lettuce, and is slow. Cost a lot I rather choose Burger King or in n out.

Just came here tonight and the person on the PA system tells me, Sorry we 're closed the other person had to take their break so there 's only one person working right now 20 minutes before closing time. This is not the first time this has happened to meeither. It 's ridiculous. Inadequate use of your time as an employee is not an excuse to not do your job

Now I see why I hate this location and carls in general... fries were beyond cold, and burger was cold as well and I live 2 minutes away so there's no way it got cold that fast. Shut it down and put something better there eastvale

Worst Carls Jr I?ve gone to. Very unprofessional and rude. I ordered 3 large combos with an extra order of fries and two orders of chicken stars. They threw all the food in one bag. Once we took out the fries out of the bag they ended up being half empty(shown on the pictures). While getting the food through drive-through, I asked for house dressing and only got 3 packs. When Iasked for more they closed the window on me and started doing other things. I waited for them to open the window (about 2minutes) and they said they couldn?t give me any more. So I asked for 2 bbq packs for the 2 orders of chicken stars and theysaid they didn?t have any so I asked for two honey mustards. They ended up giving me the two honey mustard packs but with badattitude included. This is not the first time I get bad service at this place but this time it was over the top and had to put abad review. Next time my kids want Carls jr I?ll will drive an extra 20 minutes to another one instead of spending my money onthis one and getting a bad service. I?m pretty sure this review will go no where but I just had to write a review after gettingone of the worse service from a fast food place.
