Little Caesars Pizza - Eastvale

I usually have a great experience here, but my visit today was disappointing. I placed my order through the app and received an email saying my pizza was ready. However, when I arrived, I was told to wait an additional five minutes. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, and people who had just placed their orders received their food before me.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I have no intention of returning. I placed my order two hours before the scheduled pickup time, believing my food would be ready. When I arrived, I was told that my order hadn't even been started and would take at least another 15 minutes. One would expect that orders would be prepared in advance, but that was not the case here. What upset me the most was the staff's attitude and lack of urgency. I admit I lost my cool a bit, responding with irritation, which I'm not proud of. I definitely won't be coming back. This was far from my only negative experience at this restaurant.

I pick up little Ceasars from time to time. This past experience wasn't one of the best. Somehow they lost my order. I had been waiting for an hour since I placed my order. At the end they apologized and added crazy bread and wings with my order. Which is nice. Unfortunately my Pizza was kinda soggy, but what do you expect. They're not exactly the greatest Pizza. I would have given them 2 stars if not for their courtesy.

Worst service I have ever encountered....0 stars if possible. Ordered online and went in 45 mins later as instructed.. and they tell me it will be another hour wait..even though they are telling walk ins a 1hour wait..so I ask for the manager because the girl behind the register was absolutely no help and wasn't comprehending what I was asking. Why would it be a hour and 45min wait for me? Only thing I was told was we will give you a refund.. not answering my question...why was it a hour and 45min wait for me but only a hour for everyone else??? Will definitely be contacting corporate..this franchise needs to be shut down!

I consistently find that the pizza is always available, even on quieter days. Unfortunately, the staff is quite impolite and seem to dislike interacting with customers. I waited for 30 minutes as they had indicated my order was on the way, but when I inquired about it, I was told I would need to wait another 20 minutes. They flat-out refused to prioritize my order despite the poor estimate they had provided. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed she was in the restroom and did not return in the additional 30 minutes I had to wait for my pizza. I’m baffled by how a 30-minute wait turned into an hour. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs.
