Poke Delight - Eastvale

This restaurant always serves fresh and delicious food. My 10-year-old loves this place. The staff is very friendly. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $30-50. I would highly recommend trying their Poke Bowl and Tuna dishes.

I had a negative experience at Surya due to the lack of care exhibited by the staff, particularly Surya himself. It was evident in the sloppy assembly of my bowl, which appeared more like sushi soup than a proper dish. It was disappointing to see someone show such laziness and lack of passion in their work. This restaurant seems to consistently hire individuals who do not take their jobs seriously, resulting in subpar food quality. Additionally, I observed health code violations such as cross-contamination of ingredients. Overall, a very dirty and unsatisfactory experience. I will not be returning -10/10.

I have been to this restaurant three times and I just remembered why I swore never to come back the last time. The poke bowl is alright in taste (except for the overly salty eel sauce) but at $17, it's not worth it considering the portion size.

As a regular customer, I visited the restaurant today to redeem my 14 reward points for a free 2 scoop bowl. However, the cashier, Michaela, told me to redo the transaction because my rewards were not showing up correctly. When I asked for assistance from a person in a grey shirt who seemed to be a supervisor, they were extremely rude and said they could not help because they did not witness me redeeming my points. I was disappointed by the treatment I received and will not be visiting this restaurant as often in the future.

This place is totally awesome. Micaella rocks the poke bar and nails the order every time. Best vibes.
