Wingstop - Eastvale

I had the worst experience at Wingstop in Eastvale. I ordered extra crispy wings and fries, but the fries were undercooked and the wings seemed like they had been sitting out all day. My son even found feathers on his wings. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food at this Wingstop location.

I spent nearly $100 on my meal and half of my order was incorrect.

The chicken was not dry at all and was very enjoyable. I would have preferred it to be fried in more fat.

The wings were old, stale and dried out. The chicken appeared it was not properly cleaned as it had many chicken hairs that was long. French fries was old and stale. Second time going here and the same experience. Employees are rude and seem to hate their job. So don’t expect a smile or friendly greeting. They serve old food that is days old. Check your order before leaving otherwise you will be disappointed. Oh the only item that is ok is the bread buns.

Worse customer service I ordered hot bone in wings and got boneless... I called to just replace my order, when I got it replaced, and arrived. my bone in wings had no sauce at all... thanks for wasting my time completely...
