Best Korean cold noodle in sydney. her handmade nude is made to perfection. remember the busan stlye spicy cold nudel tried on her next visit. but her beef-bone soup is a bit dirty. the texture of the nuds is pretty good.
I discovered the mandoo while we waited a night for my friend before we drove to dinner after incredible chicken (after the last post). the mandoo is located on the Korean side of the rowe street in eastwood, in the building that also houses aldi. I stumbled over when I came from aldi parking to the street level and was intrigued with a timeline cut that they had paved on the wall, writing up that says they serve one of the best Korean dumplings in sydney. uo, I have to come back and try the next time, I thought.
Wanted to eat a bit warm for lunch, as the weather was so cold ordered the steamed dizzy dumplings, seafood tipped suppe and bark meat noodle soup. her service was pretty slow for a weekday and the restaurant wasn't even full/busy if they know that a customer ordered two dishes that have similar dumplings, would they not suggest that they try something else? the dumplings in my seafood soup were the same as the steamed. if the waiter had notified me that, I would have ordered another type of damped emptying. there is not much to the seafood soup, its mainly clear broth, 4 vernaculars, a few pieces seafood and a leaf or two of bok choi. the bark soup was not much...read more
Tasty mandoos! They have different taste to Chinese style, though somewhat quite similar.. If you like to challenge your taste bud, should try the cold noodle! Different spicy levels too! :D
