Burger King - Eatontown

Waited a very long time in drive thru. Made a specialty order and did not receive what we ordered. Unable to walk in to complain and never received a receipt to call and complain. That was the second time going there and disappointed both times.

Food is usually ok. Service isn't bad either. Don't always get what I want though which is kinda weird.

The staff did a fantastic job with my order. Everything was not only included, but it was also beautifully packed.

The customer service was rude as they closed the window in our face when we asked and gave us the wrong order. It was a terrible experience overall. Additionally, all the lights were switched off at 8:45, making it impossible to see the menu for ordering.

I love stopping by this Burger King during my week. One of my favorite things about this location is that I can get two meals for just $6. The restaurant is well-managed and has outdoor seating as well, perfect for social distancing. The staff is efficient and speedy.
