Fresh Salad Bowl Monmouth Mall

Great food, but ordering process is a bit too busy. Visited over the summer and there was an employee standing in lane to take orders. It is hard to give an order if I have not reached the menu sign yet. Very long waits in drive-thru lanes. Friendly staff. Would visit again.

I get it.. they opened 3 week ago and have some startup pains...BUT. I entered the drivethru this evening at 7:00. I was about 10 cars from the order machine. I was locked into the drivethru line for an hour before I got my food (which was good). Yes you heard that right...1 hour. When I was within 3 cars of the order machine there was a guy who had been there for 5-10 minutes waving his arms. They had stopped using order kiosk and orders were now being taken with handhelds... Fine... except he waited 10 minutes to have someone approach him. When I got my turn to order the employee had to go inside to get a new handheld. Five minutes later he came back and I ordered a #8 meal with a Coke. Simple...right? When I got to the guy collecting the money he said... You have an 8 piece meal...right ... Not the wrap which is a #8. A couple of minutes later we resolved that. If I sound angry, I am. One hour in line at a Chick-fil-A is unheard of. The food was good, but I would suggest that you stay away until it becomes clear that they have their act together. I don 't know what their problem is but I hope they can fix it.

I love Chick-fil-A but not this location. Did you know after waiting 38 minutes at the drive through and after 24 cars get their order, there are no refunds! When you are tired of waiting in 89 degree heat? There are some nice people there but I even asked for a Manager to get my back and was rudely asked, Do you want your food? Because after navigating the stupid cone layout and merging, ordering, paying, getting a receipt and being asked to wait here, there, everywhere and then pull up ahead and still no food I guess, I must have just gone there to waste my time. No thanks. This location is below standard.

I come here 2-3 times a week! The best green goddess dressing that I’ve ever had! The owners are so sweet and super friendly! I recommend this place to everyone :)9

I love the create your own salad option here! You choose your base, 4 toppings, and a dressing. They are always very nice when I go and you get a side of bread!
