Dairy Queen - Eau Claire

I ordered a cake online for my mom's birthday. It was a very simple process and shows you the lead time for the store in order to have your cake ready for you when you arrive. It seems as though every store I checked takes about two days to create the cake so I picked the store closest to me. The cake they created looked exactly like the picture even though there was a disclaimer on the website saying some variances may occur. Wonderful cake and wonderful customer service! Very impressed.

HORRIBLE service waited over 20 minutes for a chicken strip basket only to have cold fries... sent them back and therefore my blizzard was small and you could ciunt the gummy worms as there was that few. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AvOID THIS PLACE. Im nowvery sad as I love DQ.

How can you ruin a hot dog? We had to wait for our order, understandable, everyone is short handed. But when you get your order and you truly can?t eat it because the bun is so hard and stale, that?s unacceptable who ever made it new that it was bad anddidn?t care! It?s a HOT DOG! Wow!

They have good desserts, but they got our order wrong even though it was correct on the receipt.
