Karl's -b-q Express - Eau Claire

Karls has consistently impressed me; the food is fresh, hot, and incredibly tasty. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would even stop traffic on Business 53 for their ribs! They truly serve the best ribs in Eau Claire! Yum! Thank you, Karls, for being the best at what you do. You’ve definitely earned my loyalty.

The food was of high quality, and the staff provided excellent service. The hand-cut fries were particularly delicious. However, I found it to be a bit pricey since everything was served a la carte, including the sauces that are typically available on the tables at no extra charge. For three sandwiches and a side of cucumber salad, the total came to $56, including tip.

This is the best Philly that I've had since coming home to Wisconsin.

The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was excellent. We were craving BBQ and decided to try this place, and now I can't imagine going anywhere else to satisfy our BBQ cravings. I highly recommend it!

The tri-tip was terrific, I ordered a half-pound of that. Also sampled the brisket and pork belly burnt ends. Everything had great flavor and the young man cutting the servings was super friendly and knowledgeable.The sides are generous portions. We would definitely return.
