Papa Johns Pizza - Eau Claire

Hair cooked in food. I called manager, and everything was laughing and saying idk what to do. not buy from here again!

An online order made at 17 o'clock and the pizzas were ready to pick up within 15 minutes. order two build-your-over pizzas. both were as expected and the staff was very friendly.

Any problem I had with my food (which was honestly not often) was always solved. whoever is the manager today needs a lection in a customer service.

Order two large pizzas, but received two small pizzas, called them and they owed door fittings. no refund, nothing will do at all. we will not be here.

The pizza is good but the wait time given online is never correct. Whatever time is given add at least 15 minutes. The time given online is obviously the time that they are going to start working on your order, not when it will actually be ready.
