Subway - Eau Claire

Super understated, but the workers did their best. Beautiful employees who are very accommodating and would be even better if they hired more ppl

They are always running out of cheese for their pretzels and I still get charged full price for a half container of cheese

They make my favorite sandwich, which is rare because a lot of the subways don?t have the chicken teriyaki. My concern however being with covid and how the 3 workers working on Saturday the 23rd of January were not wearing any masks.

The staff was extremely rude and appeared to lack knowledge about the ingredients in their products, including potential allergens. The employee didn’t change her gloves between preparing sandwiches, resulting in my chicken bacon ranch getting marinara sauce all over the bun, wrap, and napkins. I also requested olives and received just four on a 6-inch sandwich, along with a handful of spinach. I will never patronize this franchise again.

The restaurant is consistently busy, but you can expect to be seated and served quickly! The staff is incredibly fast and friendly. This establishment has seen steady improvements over the years!
