I am very familiar with their offerings. Their service is excellent.
This has been my go-to restaurant since I was a child. It used to be a great place called Beamer Better Burger. As Beamer took over and replaced Subway, it remained a great place. The staff is really friendly.
The lady that made my sandwich was incredibly rude. I tried to explain to her what I wanted and she's been cutting me off all the time. I have an ingredient (turkey) and she was annoyed with me and said she doesn't know what sandwich it was, although I tried to tell her what was all. then, before I could say what other meat I wanted, she was frustrated and cut me off again, put something truthahn on her and asked what would be good before she just throw on the veggie station for the other dame and on my friends sandwich. she didn't even ask if I wanted to see anything other than truth, she didn't even give me the chance to tell her what I wanted. there was a whole line behind us and I didn't want to be the person to keep the line even longer so they could reheat the other meats I wanted, so I just told them that I was done and paid $10 for a sandwich I didn't even want. this woman has to work on her hearing and customer service skills. by far some of the worst experiences I had with such a resteraunt.
This is the 4th time that I went to this Subway and my order wasn't ready when I got there. This time the the girl told me it's not ready yet. We forgot all about your order Then her and the other girl laughed like it was no big deal. I thought that is why you order ahead, so it can be ready when you get there. So once again I was late for work cause my food wasn't ready when I got there. Thanks Subway!!!
