Taverna Grill - Eau Claire

Despite its Italian name, this restaurant doesn't have much of an Italian influence on its menu. Instead, it is more reminiscent of a sports bar with plenty of tall tables, wood chairs, and a decently sized bar.

Highly recommended! I would have rated it 3.5 stars, but unfortunately, that option isn't available. Since it wouldn't be fair to give them only 3 stars, I believe they deserve a solid 4 stars from me.

We decided to try the fish fry on a Friday. Unfortunately, my batter-fried fish was overcooked and had a burnt, chocolate-colored appearance. My wife's broiled fish was dry, and her baked potato seemed to be quite old.

All four of us were more than satisfied with our different selections

A little loud for my taste, but it is a sporty atmosphere.
