I sympathize with the lack of staff but: Not to be served at noon after 40 minutes (even not the entrance) in week is not acceptable. Some people have only one hour of lunch break between noon and two. We're just two: It's not an excuse. The least thing is to warn customers that the service is long so it can judge. So it's up to you to assume that you're just a step away from your customers. At the end, we arrived at 1305 and left at 1340 without seeing the shadow of a dish. Disappointed because the dishes are good. Owner's Response: I asked the dish at the same time as the entrance at the end of 25 minutes waiting because I saw it dragging. Pressed or not 40 minutes it is too long for my taste for a noon in the week. A good end of the day
