For a Mom Pop restaurant it's one of the best places to eat. The place is small, but that's part of its charm. The attention you get from the owners staff/family, is what makes the meals that much better. Of course I haven't tried everything on the menu, but it's my intention to do so. Hope to see you all there soon. Bon Appétit. Parking: Parking is very limited so get there early or you may have to park across the street or half a block away. Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomed and I do believe they do have a children's menu but it is a small one. Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide enough for a wheelchair to pass thru without any difficulty.

As you walk in, you are greeted by the friendly staff and Mexican Sombrero decorations on the walls. I was pleased to see a simple menu and simple furniture. In my experience restaurants with good food let the food do the talking and restaurants with not so good food tend to focus more on appearance. I had the Cowboy breakfast. Simple scrambled eggs with beans, salsa, tortillas, hashbrown, bacon, and 2 mini pancakes. Loved the quality and the taste, but the portion was a little small. I give this restaurant 5 of 5 stars because I believe it's a 4.5 and 4 is too low. It's not a fancy restaurant, but it's definitely a gem of a Mexican restaurant in Edcouch.
